On-site Hemodialysis
Our in-house Dialysis Unit offers a bright and cheery setting for those individuals who cannot or prefer not to travel to outpatient dialysis centers. Each resident has their own dialysis machine, limiting possibilities for infection. West Suburban Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides dialysis treatments six days a week under the supervision of board-certified nephrologists.
Comprehensive Wound Care
Wound care requires highly specialized skill and attention. Because every patient’s wound is unique, you will have a thorough diagnostic exam to identify the type of wound and its underlying causes. Our expert wound care team oversees a broad range of cases – even the most complex. They also work in concert with your other clinicians for a team approach that best suits your overall care and recovery.

Advanced Short-Term Rehabilitation Program
West Suburban Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to assisting our residents reach their greatest rehabilitative potential by developing and implementing customized care plans to treat their individual needs. Our skilled and licensed team of professionals strives to provide a comprehensive program of Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies in our therapy room, consisting of the most up to date medical equipment. Residents will benefit from working with our professional team by experiencing the joy of relearning weakened skills and strengthening existing ones, hopefully leading to a quick recovery back home and an independent lifestyle. Rehabilitation Services are provided seven days a week.
